Amigurami Crochet Doll Pattern Pamposhka – A ready doll is approximately 30 cm (11,8”) tall. For the body and clothing, use sport / 5 ply (12 wpi) semi-cotton yarn and 2.25 or 2.50 mm crochet hook size (US – B/1). For the hair, use a 3.00 or 3.25 mm (US D/3) crochet hook and DK / 8 ply (11 wpi) acrylic yarn.
Intermediate in difficulty.
Be aware that the shoes and outfit cannot be taken off. There are two handbag variations in the design.
The head and body are crocheted together as a single piece. Sewn are the arms and legs. The ponytails and wig are stitched on the head after being crocheted separately.
The ability to crochet in spirals, rounds, chains, slips, singles, doubles, puffs, reverse stitches, increases, and decreases is necessary.

6. Thin black thread to embroider eyelashes and pink thread for the mouth.

Toy’s size and notes:
Height of the ready toy is about 30 cm. Skill level is intermediate.
All details of the toy are crocheted in a spiral if there are no other instructions. The body and head are crocheted as one whole detail. The arms and legs are sewn. The wig and ponytails are crocheted separately and sewn to the head. The dress and shoes are not removable.
Pamposhka dolls are suitable for strong hugs, doll tea parties, traveling and other children’s games. The child will be comfortable with them, because the Pamposhka’s hair will never get tangled, the dress will not move to the side, the shoes will not fall off the legs.
You can use a smaller hook, such as 2 mm. for the body and clothes. But for the wig and hair use a hook for 0.5 mm larger (2.5 mm)

Insert the wire inside to make the neck hold the head well. Take a piece of wire 20-25 cm long, bend it in half and twist it slightly in the middle. Insert the wire by the sharp ends inside the body, stick it directly into the stuffing. To increase the rigidity of the wire, fold it in half.
If you are using the safety eyes, fasten it between the 45th and 46th rows, the space between the eyes is 5 or 6 stitches.

Put the stuffing inside the foot and sew the back opening of the heel.
18-41 rnd: 24 rows – 1 sc in each st around (15)
Put the stuffing but not up to the very top. Fold the opening in half and connect the sides using sc. The seam should be parallel to the foot. Leave a thread enough for sewing.
Sew the legs to the body stepping 4 rows to each side from the magic ring.

Now crochet the edge of wig using the pattern «shells»:
16 rnd: (sl st, sc, hdc, 2dc in one stitch, hdc, sc) – repeat till the end of row. Leave a thread enough for sewing.
Put the wig on the head and secure it with pins.
Sew the wig to the head, laying the stitches between the 15 and 16 rows.
PONYTAILS (2 pcs)
Yarn Yarn Art Вaby, crochet 3 mm. For the doll in crimson dress.
Crochet chain of 45 ch + 1 extra ch.
Beginning from the 2nd loop from hook crochet slip stitches till the end of chain.
Without cutting the yarn again crochet 45 ch + 1 ch and crochet slip stitches till the end of chain. Crochet 4 strands in this way.
Do not cut the yarn, continue crocheting the strands reducing the chain for five ch every 4 strands.
Finally we should get the following: 4 strands of 45 stitches
4 strands of 40 stitches
4 strands of 35 stitches
4 strands of 30 stitches
Leave a thread enough for sewing
Fold the strands like an accordion and sew them.
Sew the ponytail to the wig by the short strands up. Sew not only to the wig but also to the head itself.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that curls and fluffiness are created due to the volume of acrylic yarn. You can adjust the length of the strands by yourself and crochet the length that you like.

FLUFFY FLOWER BAG
Begin with crimson color. (see at the page 20 how to crochet puff stitch)
1 rnd: in MR 3 ch, 6 puff stitches, sl st in the first stitch
Crochet 1 ch between the puff stitches.
2 rnd: 3 ch, 2 puff stitches between the stitches of the previous row. Crochet 1 ch between the puff stitches.
Change the color to crimson one
3 rnd: crochet sc along the edge: one sc in the top of puff stitch, 2 sc above ch of the previous row. In total you should get 36 stitches.
Crochet the back side of the bag as it is described in «Spiral bag» Put the details of the bag together by the wrong side inside.
Crochet reverse single crochet along the edge (see at the page 20 how to crochet reverse single crochet)
Leave 12-13 stitches not crocheted round. Without cutting the yarn crochet 65 ch, connect the chain with the other edge of the bag using a slip stitch. Crochet sl st along the bag’s strap. Fasten off, weave in the end inside.
DECORATION OF THE FACE
Glue the black halfbeads at the line between the 45 and 46 rows. The space between the eyes is 5-6 st. Or place the eyes as you like.
First embroider the eyelashes using black thread, then embroider the contour (see the photos)
Tint the cheeks with dry pastel. Embroider the mouth.
REVERSE SINGLE CROCHET:
This is the same sc, but it is crocheted in the opposite direction – from left to right. It is used for edge processing. It is crocheted from left to right.
Insert the hook in a stitch which is on the right, grasp a thread, draw out a loop. Again grasp a thread and crochet the loops formed on the hook.
PUFF STITCH:
Throw a thread over the hook and insert the hook in a stitch, draw out a loop, again throw a thread over the hook, insert the hook in the same stitch and again draw out a loop, and once more throw a thread over the hook and draw out a loop. There are seven loops on the hook. Crochet all loops together at once)
