Opposite Strap and Tie

Lay your panel in front of you with the finished strap on the right side.
Count 16(17,18,21,22,23,26,27,28) stitches in towards center of shirt at
Row 33(33,33,35,35,37,37,39,39). Join yarn with a Sl St. (you will be
leaving 8(10,12,10,12,16,14,16,20) stitches unworked in the center
neckline between the 2 straps.
Row 34(34,34,36,36,38,38,40,40): Ch 1, 9(9,9,11,11,11,13,13,13) Hdc
(BLO), leave remaining stitches unworked, turn. (9(9,11,11,11,13,13,13
Hdc)
Repeat Rows 35(35,35,37,37,39,39,41,41) through Rows
39(39,39,42,42,44,45,47,47) of “strap shaping” and “ties” sections.
Repeat the same process of Chaining and working your Hdc stitches plus
Sl St’s back down. Tie off.

Seam Together

Place both panels together. Using your method of choice, join the sides
together. You will be joining from the bottom hem to row
34(34,34,36,36,38,38,40,40). I like to use my hook and loosely slip stitch
together. You can also use a yarn needle and mattress stitch together.
Tie your bows together at the top and weave in all ends!
