Round 1: Ch (80, 88, 96, 104). Sl st into your first
ch to form a ring. (this should fit around the widest
part of your thigh, if not, add/subtract 4 ch until it
fits comfortably!)
Round 2: Ch 2 (counts as first dc), dc in the next
ch from hook, ch 2, skip two ch and dc in the 3rd
and 4th ch from hook. **ch 2, dc in the 3rd and 4th
chs from hook. Repeat from * around, ending with
a ch 2 and sl st into your first dc. (80, 88, 96, 104).
Round 3: Ch 1 (counts as first sc), sc in next st
from hook and in each st around, ending with a sl
st into your first sc. (80, 88, 96, 104).
Round 4: Ch 2 (counts as first dc), dc in next st
from hook and in each st around, ending with a sl
st into your first dc). (80, 88, 96, 104).
Round 5: Ch 2, dc in next st from hook. *ch 2, skip

Short Base (make 1)
Round 1: Line up the last rounds of both leg holes,

Back Cover (make 1)
Round 1: On the last round of the short base, sl st
into the (35th, 39th, 43rd, 47th) st from the

st from the other side of the connection point (70,

Front Cover (make 1)

cover, on the last round of the short base. Ch 2
(counts as first dc), turn so you are facing the

Rounds 2-12: ch 2, turn, dc-dec, dc in each st

in the edges, do your best to estimate where the
stitches should go. F/o and weave in ends.
Waist Ties (make 2)
Round 1: Ch (150, 165, 175, 190). F/o, weave in
ends.
Weave these ties in and out of the cover borders
on each side of the shorts, as you would lace a
sneaker. Pull tightly and tie when wearing. Enjoy!
